The poems, in this beautifully hardbound book, start with the viewpoint of a six-year-old child, then progresses, poem by poem, as the viewpoint grows into a teenage one. The authors rhyme swings with bedtime and teddy bears, summer and robins nests, vacation and rain, pets and tigers, sunsets and goodbyes, ending with a tale of a teenagers first love.
